Uplift™ is designed to help women build their future goals by learning more about themselves, what inspires them, and who can help them best. 

The Uplift™ Program includes:

  1. Weekly, 1-hour group coaching sessions (usually Monday afternoons to kick off the week, depending upon the location of participants)

  2. Weekly workbooks with reflective exercises, readings / videos

  3. A closed Facebook group where I share content and ask members to do the same, and

  4. Three 1-hour individual strategy sessions with me

The 2024 investment for the Program is $2497 plus GST per person.

For self-funded participants, there is the option of three installments on a payment plan.
For sponsored participants, I ask organisations to pay up-front.
