I love to work with organisations and businesses that have a regional presence or investment in regional Australia.

I love to work with organisations and businesses that have a regional presence or investment in regional Australia.

I’m primarily a leadership coach. I work with individual leaders, leadership teams, and run in-house workshops for small and large groups.

I help regional and rural organisations grow and retain leading and high-potential people. When you invest in them, you save on the cost of churn and replacement. You also become an employer of choice.

Nurturing your existing and aspiring leaders will increase their confidence, grow their external networks, keep them in the region and build your organisation.

Most organisations do a diagnostic when there’s a problem. Smart organisations invest in developing people earlier.

Using a strengths-based, positive psychology framework, and Appreciative Inquiry techniques, I create customized programs that deal directly with the issues you face. I help you identify the critical points that have led to your team’s current situation, and we co-design programs to move people forward.

What People Say About Working With Me

“Maree is personable and extremely approachable and has a wonderful sense of humour to bring out your best. I found my energy levels were restored after working with Maree. The time to reflect through the use of guiding questions inspired new ways of thinking, bringing forth new ideas or strategies to consider in my work. This was a highlight in my leadership career and something I would do again. It’s an experience that I would support others to engage in.”
